Being self aware, we learn to create internal balance between our emotional, mental, spiritual and physical self, which in turn manifests as balance in our external lives.
The aim of this CD is to help you understand the concept of balance as it relates to you, your body and your life. Once you understand this balance, you will then be able to create it within yourself.
Through Self Awareness, we learn to:
- see and experience life in true perspective, past the self-made chaos, drama, stress and complications of our emotions and thoughts
- see and experience the positive in our lives, instead of focusing on the negative
- create inner happiness, instead of searching or waiting for happiness to come our way
- create optimal health for ourselves, instead of relying only on others
- nourish our inner self, as well as nourish others
