Being more aware of your body, you develop a better understanding of how it works, what is affecting it and why, and if and where an imbalance is occurring.
This heightened awareness will help you create and maintain internal balance; it will help your body reach its optimal health.
Through this CD, you will learn some simple and practical ways to become more aware of your body’s needs and requirements to achieve wellbeing.
