  Sounds of Awareness

Awareness simply means seeing things clearly past our judgements, opinions, negative thoughts and emotions.

Awareness is being able to see things in their true perspective, without any pre-conceived thoughts or judgements
When you do not have a pre-existing opinion, thought or judgement of a person, place or matter, you are more inclined to be open and accepting to them or the experience.

Awareness is being able to see things as they truly are, without being influenced by thoughts of guilt, fear, jealousy, worry, anger, loneliness or insecurity
When your mind is clouded by these negative thoughts, your view on life may become distorted, obscuring the true picture of your reality. As you continuously feed these negative thoughts it becomes much harder to see clearly and feel positive. Not seeing your true reality may prevent you from making the best choices for yourself, in life.

Awareness is being honest with your self
Honesty helps you acknowledge who you truly are and shows you when, where and how you are influenced by negative thoughts. Understanding this will encourage you to change any patterns that might be inhibiting your potential. Honesty encourages healthy and positive thought patterns.

Awareness is making the choice to take responsibility for your life
Nobody knows your self – your mental, physical and emotional state – better than you. To have the ability to create a change in any area of your life, you need to take responsibility.

Awareness is experiencing life with open eyes and an open heart
Experiencing life with open eyes means you live in the present and experience each moment to the full. Experiencing life with an open heart attracts positive and uplifting experiences into your reality.

Awareness is knowing your self and listening to your self
Knowing who you are, understanding why and how you’ve become the person that you are, and listening to your inner self will give you feelings of contentment, security and comfort. This internal feeling of happiness cannot be bought or sold, taken or given, taught or learnt; it is an experience all of its own.
