the life energy within us and promotes our body’s
natural healing abilities. It has the power to open
and touch our hearts.
Music
is created from within the heart of every composer
and musician, therefore it has the power to
enter a listener’s heart, to touch it and increase
the life energy within.
It follows then that music originating from the heart
with the intention of evoking and maintaining
Self Awareness will have those specific effects
on the listener. Sounds of Awareness has been created
in this way.
Through the combined
effort and grace of talented composers, musicians
and other creative people, who have shared their knowledge
with Tamy Starr, Sounds
Of Awareness was born.
The music was created to include the same key elements
of the Five Point Star Guided Meditation. It is transparent
and uncluttered to encourage your mind and body to
be calm and to allow you to experience the space of
stillness between your thoughts. Sounds
Of Awareness was created to help you listen to your
inner self.
In keeping with the
key elements of the Five Point Star philosophy, Sounds
of Awareness has been created to be musically
‘neutral’, helping your thoughts and feelings
to stay detached from any past experiences, evoking
an awareness of your self. The steady pace of the
music promotes a slow and relaxed state of mind and
body. Space has been created and maintained throughout
the musical piece to
encourage you to actively
listen and to promote your self awareness.
